This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you visit falcongallery.com.my, contact us, or deal with us at our showrooms, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its amendments.

1. Personal data we collect

Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
Enquiry details: the car you are interested in, preferred appointment or callback date and time, and any message you send us.
Transaction details: when you buy, sell, book a service or place a special order, we may collect your NRIC or passport number, address, vehicle registration details, and financing or insurance information.
Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookie data, collected automatically when you use our website.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal data when you fill in a form on our website, message or call us (including on WhatsApp), visit our showrooms, or deal with us for a car purchase, sale, service or special order.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiries, appointments and callback requests.
To process car purchases, trade-ins, special orders and service bookings.
To arrange financing, insurance, ownership transfer and road tax on your behalf, when you ask us to.
To send you updates on new arrivals and offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
To keep our website secure, prevent spam and improve our services.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:

Banks and financing companies, insurers and takaful operators.
JPJ, PUSPAKOM and other government bodies, for registration and transfer.
